Dr. Santosh K. Chaturvedi is the Dean of Behavioural Sciences and Professor of Psychiatry at the National Institute of Mental Health & Neurosciences, Bangalore, India. He is a Member of the International Psycho-Oncology Society and Indian Association of Palliative Care and was a Member of Board of Directors, International Psycho Oncology Society. He regularly conducts workshops on Communication Skills in Oncology and Palliative Care settings, and also trains trainers in teaching Communication skills. His areas of interest include consultation liaison psychiatry, chronic pain, psychosocial oncology, palliative care and quality of life research.

Dr. Chitra Venkateswaran is faculty at the Department of Oncology and Palliative Care of Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, where the focus is on referrals from other physicians, nurses and social workers addressing the psychological and social issues of patients and families. Additionally, she devotes her time to palliative care issues, and supervises junior physicians on symptom management. She is also the Founder/Clinical Director of the Mehac Foundation, a not-for-profit organization based on a palliative care model that delivers exceptional care to improve the quality of life of people in the community, with a focus on psychological issues. The goal is to improve the psychosocial component in any person with a special interest to facilitate integration of psychological issues in palliative care.

Dr. Savita Goswami is a Clinical Psychologist working in the specialised area of psycho- oncology and palliative care psychiatry in the Psycho-oncology service in Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai in India, since the last 22 years. She has a keen interest in survivorship care, and paediatric psycho-oncology, especially adolescents and young adults (AYAs) with cancer. She has been working closely with the hospital Neuro-Oncology Disease Management Group on neurocogntive assessment for patients with brain tumours receiving radiation therapy and has several publications in this area. She has an avid interest in conducting support groups for cancer patients and their caregivers and does a monthly group for brain tumour patients.
