Good morning Pheroza… just wanted to express my gratitude for the fabulous service you have created! Had an extremely rewarding visit from Dr Kalpesh, Nurse Seema and Counsellor Harshada yesterday… was so impressed with their competent professionalism which was loaded with such great compassion, kindness and caring… It was immense relief I felt to finally have support at this level which gave ME a Partner for the decisions and actions that I felt I had to take on my own. I know Mummy will benefit from this service a lot but I now realize how vital it is for me too! Also, astounded that it comes at no cost… I salute you Pheroza for this achievement and am truly thankful from the bottom of my heart…

We are all extremely grateful to the entire PALCARE team for making Shubha’s passing comfortable and peaceful. You actually listened to Shubha’s needs and adhered to her wishes, answered all our calls (even ones at odd hours), brought us medicines promptly whenever required, administered medical treatments efficiently, counselled us, and prepared us well for the inevitable.
We cannot imagine how we would’ve coped with our loss if you all had not gone out of the way to help us in our time of need. Heartfelt thanks and kudos to you all for doing such selfless, amazing work.
