Mr. Deepak Parekh, Chairman of HDFC, spearheads India’s premier housing finance company HDFC Ltd., which has turned the dream of owning a home into a reality for millions across the country. His astute business acumen and farsightedness has not only made HDFC the leader in Mortgages, but has also transformed it into India’s leading Financial Services Conglomerate with presence in Banking, Asset Management, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Real Estate Venture Fund, Real Estate, Education Loans and Education. Mr. Parekh is on the board of several leading corporations across diverse sectors. He is also on the Advisory Board of several Indian corporate and MNC’s.

Ex-Finance Director,
Tata Sons Ltd.

Ishaat Hussain is Ex-Finance Director of Tata Sons Ltd. He joined the Board of Tata Sons as an Executive Director on July 1, 1999, and thereafter he became Finance Director in July 28, 2000 till he retired in 2017. Prior to joining Tata Sons, he was the Senior Vice President and Executive Director – Finance, at Tata Steel for almost 10 years. Born on September 2, 1947, Mr. Hussain completed his schooling from The Doon School in 1963 and graduated with a degree in Economics from St. Stephens College Delhi. A chartered accountant from England and Wales, Ishaat Hussain attended the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

Autogenous Welding Co. Pvt. Ltd

Russy Mehta is Chairman and Managing Director of Autogenous Welding Co. Pvt. Ltd – a 100-year-old family business which was the first private company to introduce welding in India, and which continues to be one of the most respected in India, even today. He completed his schooling at Cathedral School, where he was amongst the brightest in his class, and also a keen sportsman throughout his school days, captaining the cricket team. He then proceeded to the UK to obtain his Engineering Degree in England.

They are the three family members of The Jimmy S Bilimoria Trust. All three are career people who have made it their mission to provide palliative care in Mumbai.

Pheroza has 33 years’ experience in the magazine publishing business, in cable TV distribution and in the B2C trade show space. She is the first woman President of the Advertising Club Mumbai, the Advertising Standards Council of India and the India Chapter of the International Advertising Association. For over 12 years, and until 2013, she was on the World Board and the Executive Committee of the International Advertising Association (IAA) based in New York, where she was the Honorary Secretary of the organisation for 6 years. Rishaad is currently a Partner at the Tata Opportunities Fund, a USD 600 million Private Equity Fund at Tata Capital. Leila is an independent communications and PR consultant with more than 15 years of work experience.
