My father was diagnosed with prostate cancer in May 2024. From July 2025 until his peaceful passing on 14th January 2026, your team became an inseparable part of our lives.
Eben Sir, Dr. Harshala, Diksha Sister, Juhily Sister, Ambika Sister, and Riya Ma’am cared for my father with extraordinary kindness. They did much more than treat a patient, they became his extended family. Every Friday became the happiest day of his week. He would eagerly wait for the team and say with a smile, “My children are coming today.” That one sentence reflects the love and trust he had for each one of them.
One memory will stay with us forever. Just a few days before my father passed away, your team celebrated his birthday with a cake, a birthday badge, and so much love. The joy on his face that day is a memory our family will cherish forever.
Your team gave us far more than medical care. You gave my father dignity, comfort, companionship, and peace. You gave our family strength during the most difficult chapter of our lives.

Our mother has been confined to bed since past 4 years. At one point, the hospital based team advised us to seek further medical help on domiciliary basis. We got a referral for PALCARE and the entire lookout for our Mother’s care got a complete overhaul. For past three years, she got umpteen number of home visits by an ever smiling team bringing in cheer to our Mother and reenergizing the caregiver team including us! Without any doubt, we would contribute her extended lease of quality life and a peaceful, dignified demise at the age of 96 to the ever approachable PALCARE team advice from time to time. There was not a single moment where we felt unheard.

Each and every member of the team has been working with tremendous dedication to ever demanding Palliative Care specialty. Kudos to the entire team! All the very best for all your future endeavors and please know that you will always have a place in our hearts!

We cannot forget how Dr. Pranjal helped us minute by minute through our emergencies, despite having her own serious issues at home. Also, how Kaizin genuinely helped each of our family members deal with their trauma on a personal basis, which helped us immensely through our grief. Ishwari sister’s help too, came at critical moments & her dedication towards the patient showed in how she cut through red tape & got things done when critical.
We are absolutely impressed how Palcare foundation held us through both, the physical trauma, along with the mental trauma. We seriously feel so indebted to the Palcare foundation that words run short & we can’t express what we feel in our hearts. I would like to say a big thank you to Jimmy Billimoria Foundation for the selfless service provided to my mother and myself during the last 10 months. Apart from the medical and emotional support, the selfless love showered upon us not only made our day but made the journey much easier.
The five girls who regularly visited our home, Richa, Shazia, Kaizin, Preeti, and Miral, were exceptionally good in what they did. Through the journey n over time, a special bond was formed, and they had become part of our small family.
Not to mention their professional expertise. Right diagnosis and prescriptions as the situation demanded. Always available on call n responded to WhatsApp messages ASAP.
I’m sure Mom is watching over you’ll, and showering her endless blessings on you.
There are no words to express the gratitude that I feel and for making this journey less difficult.
